We are currently working on the LEED O+M v4.1 certification of a project, and we have some doubts regarding some prerrequisites that requires the development of policies.

We are familiar with the requirements of Version 3 but not Version 4 or 4.1  If someone had a good example or template of a prurchasing policy that would be very helpful.  

Is there a list of products the USGBC endorses for this credit? I feel that would be useful, having a list of sustainable cleaning products and others.
