Is there a list of products the USGBC endorses for this credit? I feel that would be useful, having a list of sustainable cleaning products and others. If one does not exist already LEED could create its own.

It sounds like your question may be about EA prerequisite Green Cleaning Policy but it applies to MR prerequisite Purchasing Policy as well.
USGBC does not endorse specific products. The onus is on the project team to check products and materials against the criteria defined as environmentally preferable. If you have not done so already, check out the draft templates USGBC has provided in the LEED credit library. These are located under the resources tab for each prerequisite are quite helpful in clearly defining the criteria for environmentally preferrable products.
