IAQ testing after occupancy?

Has anyone had success in achieving this credit when testing occurred after occupancy?  Our thinking is that the contaminants would test higher after adding people and all the other miscellane

We have a phased reno/add school project that would prefer to earn IEQ 4 by way of post occupancy flush out.
