Schools-NC-v4 EQc4:Indoor air quality assessment

IAQ testing after occupancy?

Has anyone had success in achieving this credit when testing occurred after occupancy?  Our thinking is that the contaminants would test higher after adding people and all the other miscellaneous items to the equation, so passing the IAQ test would be more difficult.

You probably will not be allowed to perform the IAQ test after occupancy since the intent of the credit is establish better IAQ after construction. I believe the main concern here are the contaminants introduced during the construction phase. If anyone hears differently please post! thank you.
