how to add files in the Open Space credit in V4 BD+C:SC?

The Reference Guide says that a Site Plan indicating open space areas, vegetated areas, LEED Project Boundary etc needs to be provided for this Credit, but the form doesn't have the Add File button

what is considered open space?

I want to make sure that my calculations are correct for this credit. The example 2 on Reference Guide about this credit doesn't take the Lawn into the account. Is this true?

Open spaces - Turf Grass Calculation

Hi There, 

Is Turf grass included in the calculations as vegetated open space? We have a school project. It is LEED V4.0 and we are going with V4.1 for this credit.

Parking lots or roads pedestrian oriented?

Can parking lots or roads be considered pedestrian oriented? The only statement making me think it's NOT is in the reference guide it states Step 3.

Does documentation from the school district/owner need to be provided certifying that open space for this credit will not be developed?
