how to add files in the Open Space credit in V4 BD+C:SC?

The Reference Guide says that a Site Plan indicating open space areas, vegetated areas, LEED Project Boundary etc needs to be provided for this Credit, but the form doesn't have the Add File button for this one, it only has it for the Special Circumstances. Any idea how or where to upload the Site Plan for this Credit?

You can always use the Special Circumstances upload for anything you need to upload - the reviewer will see it either way.    Not sure what's going on with this form specifically, but sometimes you need to click certain options within the forms to make the upload buttons for that option appear.
