A question arose whether a project could pursue both the Social Equity within the Community Pilot and the v4.1 High Priority Credit Option 2 Path 1 Equity and Community Benefit.

If a project owner has its own NGO association, can they be eligible for this credit?  They work with local NGOs.

Is the Seed Evaluator the best tool for measuring social equity?

Our project is pursuing the pilot credit “Social equity within the community”, using option 2 - Partner with Existing Community Service.

The NE Stockton Library and Recreation Center will be one of the newest buildings built in the northern part of Stockton.

Our project finished SEED evaluator parts 1 and 2, the only mail we received from them is a blank mail indicating that the project is approved to move forward to part 3.
