Hi. Does anyone have any experience how the baseline calculation for the M&V-plan can be established?

The WEc2 template references US DOE’s International Performance Measurement and Verification (IPMVP) Option D: Calibrated Simulation as the approved method for the M&V plan.

Does the requirement to meter water used for laundry apply to all type of laundry equipment. For example would is apply to a residential type washing machine or only commercial grade? Thanks
