Does a "no drugs" sign satisfy the intent of this prerequisite?

A school project we are working on in MA currently has a "Governor's Alliance 'No Drugs' Target Zone" sign at the entrance to the property.

On the form for this credit, there is an option to upload IEQp2-RS1.

We documented a "no smoking" sign (text and image) on the exterior wall of the building vestibule.
