Does each space need to achieve the airflow suggested by ASHRAE separately or do we considered the overall achievement while using Minimum IEQ Performance Calculator? 

Im working on a C&S building and we have two space types: office and meting rooms. I would like to know if I can use occupant diversity (D) for the outdoor air calculations.

We have C&S office building where the majority of the spaces are shell spaces for future office space.
