Who is looking at Parksmart?

Are there any LEED users that are using Parksmart, or looking at it? I'd love to hear your impressions, questions, or roadblocks.

We have one project in Miami-Dade County that was originally required to use Envision, but is a better fit for Parksmart since it is an existing parking garage with limited scope. We presented pros/cons of each, and the County decided to move forward with Parksmart. Our scope is only for pre-design, so I'm not sure we'll get to see it through completion, but we should at least be registering it and doing the preliminary work.
Something I found very frustrating is that there is no summary version of the Reference Guide available for use. They make their checklists and such public, but you have to purchase the Reference Guide to see what any of the credits are actually about.

Emily - Glad to hear about this project.  Fear not, a free guide is in the works!

Tristan I believe the Port of Portland (Oregon) either has a certified structure or is interested in in for the big projects getting underway. I brought it up to the design team and not sure where the conversation went. WIll check and let you know!

Where can we find Parksmart calculators? I want to initiate documenting for final submission but not able to get in Arc or anywhere? Kindly advise.

Alok - please email parksmart@gbci.org with your request, being specific about what you are looking for.  The team there should be able to help you.
