As far as I understand internally iluminated signage that is in the scope of future tenants and thus not in C&S scope is excluded, correct?
So when tenants install signage on their own they can do whatever they want? That doesn't feel right at all.

I believe this is correct, however. It is covered on page 15 of the Reference Guide.

It is excluded as Tristan notes. But the landlord can add language into their tenant lease requirements to make them comply with specific LEED items.
