We found that CBECS data was more conservative than the metered water use for kitchen areas from comp projects in the portfolio. To ensure that we are being conservative with the savings we are claiming, we're using CBECS data in our WEpc115 documentation and will report back on the response we get from GBCI. -https://www.eia.gov/consumption/commercial/reports/2012/water/
