Tristan Roberts for Vermont is a campaign to elect Tristan Roberts as Vermont State Representative for Windham-6 in the November 8th election. We are hiring a Health and Environment Intern whose responsibilities include:
  • Researching successes and obstacles to greater use of LEED, WELL, and other certifications in Vermont, and in more rural counties in the U.S. in general.
  • Researching public-health and environment-related topics that have been advanced at State Legislatures around the U.S., to make recommendations for policy advances in the 2023-2024 biennium.
  • Networking with state legislators and policymakers within Vermont and in other states where state law and policy has advanced policy on climate change and human health beyond the federal level. Topics of interest include access to mental health services in rural areas, substance-abuse treatment, access to novel PTSD treatments for veterans and survivors of domestic abuse, and working with BIPOC folks affected by injustices of policing and structural racism.
Any level of experience is welcome for this position. ZC Sustainability (ZCS) is currently seeking an Assistant Project Manager. Job Description
The Assistant Project Manager provides substantive support to each Project Manager through assigned documentation and calculations for a broad spectrum of green building rating systems. It is your job to understand broad concepts and be able to use the tools required to do so for each project. The Assistant Project Manager plays a fundamental role in the team in the efficient and accurate delivery of certified and non-certified sustainability services. For the Assistant Project Manager, this is the role that offers the broadest experience with the wide range of the services offered by ZCS. Your job also includes effectively sharing new knowledge and information regarding various certification systems, technologies, etc. with the team.
