Under the Bird's Eye View here for WEc2, there is a citation of LEED Interpretation #10012 made on 05/09/2011 which states "projects may only count future infrastructure such as reclaimed water systems so long as they will be completed and functional within 1 year." However, the USGBC Memo "Water User Reduction Additional Guidance" (10/17/2016 v9) states that the reclaimed water systems must be "functional within 2 years of project occupancy." (p. 4). Is the 2 year time frame correct?

Good catch. The two-year timeframe is more up to date. We will update our guidance.
