I have a Daycare center that's pursuing LEED-NC v2009. There are a couple of "changing room stations" that have sinks. Would these be classified as kitchen sinks or lavatory sinks?

What are you specifying for them? Is the sink and room more like a bathroom or kitchen? My guess would be lav.
