Sorry for the redundancy - v3 tips offered up the following:

"Remember that bicycle storage and shower facilities must be exclusive to occupants for the project, or a sufficient quantity must be provided for all occupants using the amenities. If shower/changing facilities are located in another building, be sure that the building allows project occupants full access to the facilities during the same hours as the project building."

The manual for v4 states: (addenda 1/1/15)
"Shower facilities should be available to all project occupants without cost during the project’s hours of operation."

We have a LEED v2.2 EBOM building next door, with adequate showers, same company, but is not in the current LEED project boundary (NC v4). Do you they would allow us to utilize those showers, provided # for both FTE counts and distance requirements are met?
