Using LEED NC (BD+C v2009) for a tenant situation

We chose to register our project under LEED BD+C New Construction (v2009) as the building will be undergoing substantial renovation. However, this is a tenant situation. 1. Will we need to wait until final tenant buildout is completed to submit our construction credits? 2. One of the design credits is daylighting. Since we do not know how the tenants will be building out their spaces, how can we gauge this?

Why aren't you doing CS?If you are including the tenant fitouts in your scope, then yes, you have to wait. For daylighting, I'd suggest posting your question to that page on our site, and also looking at the CS requirements for guidance.
