Hello everybody. The Ashrae Audit realized for the LEED EBOM project i am in charge was completed more than 2 years before the performance period. What kind of document does the uploaded ASHRAE Level II Audit report must be? Is the original Audit report and a document singed by the owner and justifying the change that have occured since the original audit is enough? Or should we produce an entire second ASHRAE Audit to prove that changes have occured according to the conclusions of the first audit?

The original audit report and a document justifying the changes that have occurred since. Be sure that the original audit occurred no more than 5 years before the end of the project's performance period. if it occurred more than 5 years before the end of the project's performance period you will need to perform an entirely new audit.
