Our firm is working on a couple of residential housing projects on Army installations that are hoping to be certified. I would like to get an ID credit for full-size mock-ups of the modular units. We have not tried to get this credit in the past and I was hoping someone in the forum has some experience and tips on the kind of documentation required to acheive this credit. Thanks!

I think this is a viable approach to an innovation credit—and I don't usually say that. You would simply need to follow the guidelines discussed above in terms of defining the intent, environmental benefit, documentation, etc.Let us know how this goes—I love the idea.
