Dear all,
At the moment we are gathering the information required for a Core&Shell project. We haven't registered it yet in LEEDonline since we are still debating on the version we'll be submitting our project: V4 or V4.1. There is still some time left for us to know which changes will be done in LEED 4.1.
We are aware that PI forms are gone and a single 'Project Information' template is available. We downloaded some example forms from USGBC's webpage: a V01 and a V02. These forms are very simplified compared to what we had to fill in in V2009 PI forms.
My question is the following: Where does the TSLA must be submitted? None of the example forms indicate a section or requirement for uploading this document within the Project Information form (we selected 'Core and Shell' option within the form). Has the location of this document changed?
Thanks in advance!

I can probably answer this...once I understand what you mean by TSLA. What does that stand for?
Other notes: It is my understanding that all registered v4 projects will have the option of utilizing 4 or 4.1 once 4.1 is in place. From USGBC: "We will also allow project teams to test the rating system while LEED v4 remains open for use, to create a streamlined experience for project teams." This is from their article published in Nov that can be found here: https://www.usgbc.org/articles/agility-and-evolution-how-leed-moving-mar...
If a lack of official registration is hindering your progress, it appears that you could register now and still have the option once it's available.
A separate note if you're using the sample forms available for download: Always use the highest number (most recent) version offered. In your case mentioned above, it would be v02. The most recent version is what would be in place on your project website if you were to register a new project. Also, if there's an option between a "static" form or an "active" form, choose the active one as it provides an interactive PDF just like you would see on the project website.
And yes, they have greatly simplified the PI Form for v4 projects. It's a little jolting when you're used to seeing all of the detail required in v3 projects.

Ah, thanks, Tristan.
For CS projects, wouldn't that documentation fall under the Site Selection category for the Tenant Design and Construction Guidelines credit?
Alternatively, if it were a CI project, I would think it would be part of the Materials and Resources category for the Long-Term Commitment credit.
