This is just comment/question on this pilot credit. We have pursued this credit successfully for a number of industrial projects that have minimal glazing. Thus, it has been very easy for these buildings to meet the Bird Collision Threat Factor Rating. I am wondering if there are other "threat factors" that should be considered for this credit, such as skylights or the reflectivity of opaque materials (such as polished metal panels).

Hi Erin,
To my understanding, the location of the skylight influences the threat it represents:
If it is located on a horizontal roof do not represents a bird collision threat, but if it´s located on a roof with a steep slope, it could represent bird collision threat.
