Thermal comfort for LEED Airports

I am trying to find any official information on exceptions/modifications for LEED certifications for airports. The only info I can find is this article from USGBC ... https://www.usgbc.org/articles/airports-and-leed-what%E2%80%99s-new

Which previews Interior Lighitng & Thermal Comfort Control being able to use retail methodology. Does anyone know if this is accurate? Anyone have a PDF with the exceptions?
