Lou, I recommend you subscribe to this site (LEEDuser) to get detailed information on the credit requirements, step-by-step things you need to do to achieve the credits, sample documentation, and of course access to this excellent forum! You can subscribe at this link. You will also need to register your project via LEED Online, which is the official place to submit project information and documentation. Our site, LEEDuser, offers numerous sample templates, documents, and tracking spreadsheets that can be useful for your project. You'll need to supplement this resource with documentation generated by your design and your project team. If you are doing a combined Design and Construction review, it's one combined review, so I"m not sure I understand your question about time between reviews. What do you mean by "project review"?

Another good idea would be to find a local LEED AP to help you through the process. There's a list here:https://ssl26.cyzap.net/gbcicertonline/onlinedirectory/ or here: http://gbci.cyzap.net/certdir?PageID=243&CMSPageID=147
