SSp2 Environmental Site Assessment

I have a LEEDv4 for Schools project but is focusing on the interior restoration of the building and not site. Is Phase I ESA required for just interior restoration of the building?

Yes, if you are using this rating system.You could consider the existing buildings for schools rating system to get around this.

Great, thanks. Do you know if a "Abestos NESHAP Inspection for Inter Demotions/Renovations", correlates with a Phase I ASTM E1527?
