I am following the certification of an institutional building where we were given the credits and SSc4.3 SSc4.4.
Occurred to acquire more land for parking garage where we use and we are studying the possibility of making a connection underground.
I have two questions:
Although they are distinct and separate contracts works (a construction for each property), if interligarmos, this will reflect in the certification of my project?
If there is the incorporation of this property with the city, we run the risk of being questioned by the USGBC on this interconnection.

Marco, if I understand your question properly it is a question of setting your LEED project boundary. You can simply set this where it is most logical for the project. It does not have to correspond with property lines, etc. If I misunderstood your question, I apologize—please try again.
