Smoking prohibited on property

We have a project where smoking is prohibited on the property, is it acceptable for signage to read "No smoking at this property"?  Saying "No smoking within 25ft" would be counter to the building's smoking policy.  Thanks

We have been successful achieving this prerequisite with one sign at the site entrance stating "no smoking onsite". The LEED reviewer may still require you to locate the designated smoking area. Good Luck!
