We are pursuing LEED for a hotel cum resort project with 80 individual villas plus main admin block, spa block, utlity blocks etc. None of the buildings have an area of more than 25,000 square feet. Are we eligible for a single certification project? Also, do we need to register each building separately, as in the campus approach.
