Tristan, where can I see proof that shop-applied finish is not subject to the LEED IEQc4.2 requirements. I have professionals on the project that need to see it. I've sent them something I've found in my september 2007 refenrence guide addenda (p150)

Simon, the IEQc4.2 credit language stipulates that it applies to all finishes and coatings "applied on-site."Follow that link or go here:http://www.leeduser.com/credit/NC-2009/IEQc4.2#lang-tabIf you're not a LEEDuser paid member, you can view this language in the LEED Reference Guide.
