We have a current project with open office layout (individual regularly-occupied spaces) that also includes what I would call huddle areas (shared multi-occupant spaces) distributed around between workstations. Some of which are also located in our daylight control zones. BUT these areas are not enclosed by any permanent walls or movable partitions.

Check images of the floorplan layout here: Example 1 and Example 2.

Are we meeting the intent of this credit providing only daylight controls and general open office control zones for these multi-occupant spaces as they are not enclosed spaces as defined by ASHRAE 90.1-10 (9.4.1.2)?
