Schools requirements in CI?

Is it a super obvious typo that requirements for Schools projects are included in the Reference Guide for CI? The text states this: "For all options, provide dedicated walking or bicycling lanes toward the transit lines. The lanes must extend from the school building to at least the end of the school property and may not have any barriers (e.g., fences). School grounds may be enclosed with fences during class hours for security purposes, provided the fences are open before and after class hours for traveling students, faculty, and staff." This just doesn't make sense to me. I guess a school could be a tenant in a commercial building, but even if that were the project type, do they mean to require these exterior site items for an interiors project? I wouldn't blink if I were reading this in the NC version...

Yes, that must be a typo. It's in the reference guide credit language. The credit language we list above is regularly updated and does not include that.
