NC-2009 WEc3:Water Use Reduction

Review

My project has achieved a 82% savings in flow & flush fixtures through recycling 100% of the waste water and reusing it for WC and urinal flushing. We documented this with a spreadsheet. However, the LEED Reviewer did not even consider this document and no commets were made about this issue. We have documented 82% water savings but the LEED Reviewer seems to have missed this fact. We do not want to appeal because we think this is not our fault. Did anyone have a similar experience? Any advice on how to proceed?
