Hello, we are doing an EBOM for an office building that has a restaurant serving the general public on the ground floor. in the waste audit we discovered that this restaurant generates a large percentage of the whole building's waste. Since the restaurant serves employees in the building and from other nearby office buildings, how should this data be entered? Can/should we exclude it from the scope of the LEED? can we give the restaurant a different occupancy than the other floors of the building?
thanks for any advice,
Sareet

Hello Sareet,
I have the exact same question... We have a building with 2 restaurants on the bottom floor and we don't know if include them on the scope of the EBOM certification.
