Residential Core & Shell

Hello all I am working on a project that consists of 12 residential buildings with 3 prototypes each prototype has 4 identical residential buildings ( 5 stories each) however the owner will completely provide the utilities including electromechanical provisions but will not provide the internal works amd furniture can we register these buildings under LEED for core and shell V3? also will each prototype will be registered as one project ? ( 3 projects) or do i have to register the 12 projects separately , knowing that each prototype ( 4 identical buildings ) is constructed at the same time by the same contractor
