Would an Greenguard Gold certified adhesive product eligible for the LEED v4 Home low-emission credit?
In other words, if a product claim that they've performed the emission evaluation test that is compliant with CDPH Standard Method v1.1-2010, does that mean they've performed the test by default in all scenarios, including the single family home scenario? If not, would the emission test results still be applicable for the LEED Home rating system?

No, I don't think so. If they haven't specified that single-family homes was tested, I don't think it's safe to assume that they have, and it would not be compliant.

Hold up.... I got a more authoritative answer from USGBC:
Greenguard Gold is automatically compliant with the v4 Low-Emitting Products for Paints/Coatings and Adhesives/Sealants. USGBC says they are trying to align compliant products across all rating systems. They don’t want Homes/Midrise to be any different than any of the BD&C or other Commercial rating systems.
