Hi,
If we were to offset 50% of our energy cost with Solar PV panels on the roof of our building, would we qualify for roughly 26 or 27 points under EAc1? Is this approach allowed in Mid-Rise EAc1?
Thanks,
Curtis

Curtis,
The points earned in EA credit Annual Energy Use for LEED for Homes multifamily midrise depend entirely on a project's performance vs. ASHRAE 90.1. PV is allowed to be counted towards a project's percent reduction and contribute towards points earned.
