Hello,
Where can I find information on what is considered "regularly occupied space" in a warehouse facility that has most of its space dedicated to product storage and much of the open area used by employees "sitting" on a forklift traveling throughout loading and unloading product? Also, is there information specific to warehouses for EBOM that I just haven't encountered on this site yet. I see the v4 has credits specific to warehouses, but there is very little information available under each credit.

I located the October 2013 IEQ Space Matrix which I interpret as warehouse space used for product storage is not used in the IEQ sf calculations. Now, I assume we'll need to create a plan identifying the "occupied" and "unoccupied" warehouse spaces and a narrative - correct?
I also assume any areas where employees are standing or sitting, such as staging and repackaging or shipping and receiving areas shall be counted as "occupied space" - correct??
Any additional insight/experience on a warehouse with small office project?

Saul, it sounds like the main question you're not sure about at this point is use of employee workstations such as those you described as occupied space. Since these seem to be areas where workers will regularly be stationed I would count them as such.In terms of your broader question on the project type, I don't know offhand of any similar projects but I would encourage you to keep posting specific questions to the relevant forums on this site and you will get help. Good luck!
