How many points can a project achieve from Regional Priority credits?

Can a project receive a point for Exemplary Performance for a credit as well as a point if that credit is also a Regional Priority credit?

My project does not have a zip code because it is not located in the U.S. Can the project still apply for Regional Priority credits?

it seem that there is two ways to look for the Regional priority credit based on the registration date one refer to zip code and the other uses the map look up. the difference is that one shows the required thresh holds to achieve the point and the other shows zero. is that just a glitch for the new search mode or the thresholds have been removed. thanks

In LEED v4 the lookup has changed—it's by location, not zipcode. And it's about point levels now, not thresholds. So that's probably the difference you're seeing.
