I am working on a school on an army base - to be LEED Silver (2009). I want to be I am correctly establishing the lighting boundary. I believe exception "f" above applies to this project "All parcels share the same common regulatory jurisdiction and are owned, leased, or managed by the same organizational entity." How far can I reasonably extend the lighting bounday beyond the property or even the centerline of the street because the same entity owns all adjacent property? I would like to be able to put more lighting at the driveways and extending this boundary will allow me to do that.
