Re-using existing building as outdoor amphitheater

Hello, We are working on a New Construction project where they plan to keep 25% of the existing brick wall from the existing building in-tact for an outdoor amphitheater that is not attached to the new structure. Will we qualify for this credit? Thanks!

Jeff, it's up to you to run the calculations and see. It would be under material reuse. I'm doubtful whether it's going to pan out, though, if you are certifying the new structure. Check our guidance for more detail, and post your followup thoughts here.
