Rating system for an Existing Office space

Dear All, We have an existing office (around 2-3 years old) which we want to get LEED certified. However, it is a part (tenant space) of mixed-use building. It is not clear to me which rating system to select as LEED O&M rating is for existing whole building and not for tenant spaces. Would it be acceptable to apply for LEED CI or any other rating system? Request your valuable suggestions on the same. Thanks and Regards, Shijo John

Shijo, as you indicate, LEED-EBOM is for whole buildings. Yet, LEED-CI is not really applicable because it is designed around significant fit-out being done on the space.
