Hi All, Looking for some advise on the selection of a rating system. We have an existing building which will undergo a major renovation (just the concrete shell will remain prior to renovation). Once complete it will be a Core and Shell development with one or multiple tenancies (Office Usage on all floors and a restaurant on Ground Floors). Which system is most appropriate, Core & Shell or Major Renovation (V4). Thanks in Advance.
