Questions about multiple buildings certification (small complex)

Hello everyone, I am new in the simulation of LEED proyects. I want know if any can help me to answering a doubt. If I have a building,Security booths, and a small building (for the maintenance personnel), wich will be totally LEED certified, applied as a single certification? and if so how applied the rules of the Appendix G Table G3.1.1A ''Baseline HVAC Sytem Types''. Each building must comply with the rules of area individually and have a separate HVAC system from the rest, based on their area? or this table applied to the totally area of the buildings resort (the sum of the individually area), and therefore selected with a total area one HVAC system.
