PV as a source of energy for ground heat exchange

A project I'm working on is considering a combination of PV and ground source heat pump. The PV will generate approx. 30 kW of energy and this energy will be fed into the heat pump that will use this energy to provide approx. 120 kW (COP of 4). PV is considered a renewable source of energy, while heat pump is not. I'm not sure if I we can consider the 120 kW renewable or only the original 30 kW. How would you assess this case? Thanks.

Only the PV counts as a renewable. It is energy production, the heat pumps are energy consumption.
