Putty with M1 emissions test, however VOC content unknown g/L

We are looking at a floor putty with no VOC content g/L presented in documentation from the manufacturer, however the product has fullfilled the requirement of M1 emission testing, with 28 days measurement. Is this acceptable for IEQc4.1 without knowing VOC content? I know we can replace this credit with LEED v.4 but the formaldehyde content is netiher declared (which I understand must be fullfilled according to additional formaldehyde content requirements in order to use international standards such as ISO and AgBB/DiBt in v.4).
