NC-2009 MPR7:Must comply with a minimum building area to site area ratio

Projects on shared sites and Minimum s.f.

I have two buildings on a shared site. The two buildings are Registered to share the site under a Block Project, therefore both the buildings together clearly comply with the minimum building to site ratio, yet if you break down one of the buildings in regards to it's PIForm2, it would not comply if using the overall shared site. Any suggestions on how to handle this?

Robyn, I would contact GBCI directly with this question. It's a specific issue of how they view Block registrations as interacting with MPR7. Clearly it seems like this should be workable but GBCI may have some specific instructions.
