My project registered for LEED 2009, mixed use building with 2 towers on the same podium. At first the project registered for LEED only 1 tower but later on the owner decided to registered for the other tower and the whole building as well.
In this case, can we register for LEED as the same building, enlarged the area? And with the same LEED version? How?

We had a similar question for our review team, because they often have creative methods of determining whether a building was one or more structures for LEED. The ruling we received was that if a project registered as one building in LEED v3, but became more than one building during the review process, the USGBC would assist us in creating additional v3 registrations. You should reach out to your LEED representative or contact to get assistance.
