Our project has been put on hold indefinitely by the Owner. There is a chance that it may come back in a year or two. The project is registered under NC v2009. We had not yet submitted the Design submission. Can the certification process be put on hold until/if the project comes back? Is there a maintenance fee or a re-start-up fee? What's involved under this scenario?

Nereyda, as long as you don't hit the "sunset" date for the LEED 2009 system, which is still a few years off, there isn't anything you need to do. Your project will stay in LEED Online and be right there when you come back to it.
