precertification fee

In case you choose precertification do you have to pay registration fees both for precertification and also for normal certification? Thanks, Adrienn

Apparently the precertification fee is IN ADDITION to the full certification fee. This isn't really clear on the GBCI fees page, but it seems to be the case.

I am not sure, but my guess is that based on the information on GBCI, it looks like the Pre-certification has it's own cost of $3250-4250 that is IN ADDITION to the COMBINED DESIGN & CONSTRUCTION REVIEW. So, you will save some $ by using the combined review, but also spend some more on the pre-Certification costs. It appears you can do either a combined or a split review after the precertification review. Therefore, I would feel safe saying the $3250-4250 is IN ADDITION to the normal review fees.
