LEED V4 homes awards ( and generously) for residential projects with areas smaller than an accepted reference standard, and deducts points for residential units exceeding these standards. Anyone with any experience inquiring about this applicability for a larger residential building ( but consisting of many units smaller than say, the 1,000sf 1BR reference size?
